My name is Amanda. I am the owner of Forever Mine Tattoo. I am a Licensed tattoo artist that specalozes in Fine Line work! I am also a licensed Lash Technician & PMU artist for brows. I have wanted to be in the beauty industry my entire life, but I never knew what I wanted to do within the industry. My love for eyelash extensions grew when I started to become allergic to many types of mascaras and makeup removers around my eye area. I would get rashes and puffy eyes that were very painful. I took a chance and got lash extensions myself, and I just fell in love and knew this is where I wanted to go within my career. You wake up with perfect lashes. Shortly after falling in love with eyelashes, I decided to become a tattoo and Permanent MakeUp Artist. I have absolutely fallen in love with these services as they are ever changing, and I have had the chance to create art in a very unique way. I love meeting new people and hearing the story behind the tattoo you chose. Even if it's just something simple! I currently offer microshading and ombre brows, and I specialize in fine line tattoos! Tattoos have fully become my passion! I love learning jew techniques and developing new ideas within custom work! I couldn't be more excited to be sharing the joys of waking up with perfect lashes, brows, and unique ink just for you! My hobbies include hanging out with my boyfriend, going for motorcycle rides, checking out new breweries/coffee shops, volleyball, and watching movies. We have 3 dogs together of all different sizes and personalities. Our oldest is Jack the Jack Russel (yes, I know his name is very original 🤣). The middle is Max a Siberan Husky, and the youngest is Oakley, a Miniature Dachshund I can't wait to hear from you! Cancellation Policy
Late policy:
In order to be respectful of everyones time, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule with a new deposit. This will result in a cancellation fee of their total service price. No exceptions.
No Show Policy:
We understand things can happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if something comes up. No show appointments are responsible for total service price. Failure to pay will result in being unable to book any future appointments. No exceptions.
Cancelation Policy:
We ask that you reschedule 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 4 weeks of current appointment and may only be rescheduled once in order to use the same deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will lose their deposit, and you need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. 48-hour cancelations will result in a cancellation fee of their total service price.
Deposits:
Deposits are required upon booking your appointment. Your card will only get charged if Forever Mine accepts your appointment requests. All deposits are non-refundable / non-transferable.
Guests:
I do not allow/have additional space for any additional guests. This includes children of any age. *does not apply to the "Friendship Tattoo" or "Tattoo Party" appointments.* If you show up with additional guests/children, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. This will result in a cancelation fee of your total service price. No exceptions.
Please do not preshave or use any numbing cream prior to your appointment. Using numbing cream prior without my approval will be cause for new appointments with a new deposit.
